Description

 Имплантация подключичной артерии в сонную артерию. Реконструктивная хирургия, включающая резекцию подключичной артерии и ее имплантацию в общую сонную артерию. Операция показана при атеросклеротическом сужении подключичной артерии и направлена на восстановление прямого кровотока через нее и устранение синдрома вертебрально-подключичной кражи. После хирургической изоляции подключичной артерии ее проксимальный конец пересекают через зону стеноза с последующим закрытием культи. Дистальный конец подключичной артерии имплантируется в «окно», подготовленное в стенке общей сонной артерии. При необходимости эндартерэктомия выполняется из устья позвоночной артерии перед имплантацией.
