Description

 Пункция маленьких лодыжек. Микроинвазивная процедура, при которой суставы прокалываются тонкой иглой. Диагностическое применение при подозрении на воспалительный процесс вследствие системного заболевания соединительной ткани (системная красная волчанка, ревматоидный артрит и ). Процедура проводится под местной анестезией в положении лежа пациента. Пункция производится по области сустава от задней части стопы и слегка отводится от сухожилий разгибателей наружу или внутрь. Из-за небольшого количества жидкости в маленьких лодыжках, после удаления выпота, шприц промывают физиологическим раствором, чтобы использовать весь полученный материал для анализа.
