Description

 Обнаружение антител к микросомальной фракции тиреоцитов (анти-МАГ). Изучение наличия аутоиммунных антител к фолликулярному эпителию щитовидной железы. Антимикросомные антитела, образуя иммунные комплексы, повреждают тиреоциты, приводят к фиброзу железистой ткани и снижают их функцию. Определение анти-MAG является диагностическим критерием для гипотиреоза и аутоиммунного тиреоидита Хашимото; Показана оценка риска дисфункции щитовидной железы во время беременности и послеродового тиреоидита у матери и тиреоидита у новорожденного. Появление анти-МАГ также характерно для диффузного токсического зоба, аутоиммунного гепатита, ревматоидного артрита, рака щитовидной железы, тиреотоксикоза.
