 Артроскопический артролиз коленного сустава. Операция по удалению волокнистых спаек в суставной полости для их мобилизации. Обычно проводится при фиброзном анкилозе. Артроскопический артролиз относится к группе малоэффективных хирургических процедур, выполняемых небольшими разрезами с помощью специальных артроскопических устройств и инструментов.
