Description

 Восстановление инфракрасной диафрагмы необходимо в случае обширного повреждения радужной оболочки и хрусталика, врожденной патологии с отсутствием радужной оболочки (аниридия) и хрусталика (афакия). Для этой цели используются различные методики с использованием аутотрансплантатов и аллопластического материала для восстановления радужки. В последнее время наиболее распространена имплантация искусственной мембраны ириодальной линзы, которая представляет собой комбинированный имплантат, содержащий линзу и радужную оболочку. Изготовление такого имплантата происходит индивидуально в соответствии с параметрами радужной оболочки и хрусталика здорового глаза.
