Description

 Отсечение артериальных аневризм сосудов головного мозга. Открытая операция, во время которой они блокируют кровоток в пораженной области, применяя сосудистый зажим. Хирургическое вмешательство выполняется с использованием микрохирургических методов, включающих создание отверстия для трепанации диаметром 2-4 вскрытие твердой оболочки головного мозга, выделение шейки аневризмы и наложение на нее поверх зажимов просвета. Для оценки состояния кровотока во время отсечения артериальной аневризмы проводится доплерография сосудов головного мозга.
