Description

 Аллергические скарификационные тесты, суть которых заключается во введении аллергена через поверхностную царапину и наблюдении за местной реакцией. Используется для диагностики причин астмы, пищевой аллергии, сенной лихорадки, крапивницы, атопического дерматита, ангионевротического отека и других аллергических заболеваний. Этап скарификации проводится в предплечье или верхней части спины. Капли аллергенного раствора наносят на кожу, через которую наносят царапины на поверхности (скарификация) с помощью одноразового скарификатора. Выше и ниже теста на аллергию применяют контрольную жидкость (контроль негативной реакции) и каплю гистамина (контроль позитивной реакции), в отношении которых оцениваются результаты теста. Аллергический ответ определяется через 15-20 минут.
