Description

 Рентгенография орбиты в двух проекциях чаще всего используется при повреждениях орбиты и глазного яблока. Его целью является выявление полученных фрагментов стенок орбиты. Показанием для исследования может быть подозрение на связь между воспалительными или дегенеративными изменениями в глазу и наличием фрагмента старой (вероятно, не диагностированной) травмы в нем. Рентгенографическое исследование орбиты проводится в боковой проекции (лежа на боку) и спереди (пациент лицом вниз). Его можно дополнить полуосным изображением, во время которого голова пациента помещается под подбородок на подставке.
