Description

 Внутрисосудистое УЗИ (IVUS). Инвазивная ультразвуковая технология, которая позволяет визуализировать сосуды изнутри ультразвуковым ультразвуковым зондом. Внутрисосудистое ультразвуковое исследование используется для исследования коронарных артерий, аорты, периферических артерий и вен. Он помогает исследовать морфологию сосудистой стенки и состояние просвета сосуда, выявлять ее атеросклеротическое поражение, наличие сгустков стенки, оценивать проходимость сосудистых протезов и отведений, результаты эндоваскулярных хирургических вмешательств. УЗИВ выполняется в отделении интервенционной хирургии. Ангиографический катетер с электронным датчиком вставляется в просвет сосуда для испытаний, ангиосканирование выполняется во время обратного вытягивания ультразвукового направляющего устройства.
