Description

 Определение хумекто-плечевого индекса. Метод оценки артериального кровотока с использованием ультразвукового сканера, с максимальной точностью определяющий уровень давления. При обследовании дается изображение степени сужения кровеносных сосудов. Он используется в диагностике артериального стеноза с целью выявления возможных причин стеноза, а также в послеоперационном периоде с целью контроля эффективности лечения. Техника неинвазивна, выполняется в амбулаторных условиях. Первичная подготовка для определения индекса голеностопного сустава не требуется, необходимо использовать специальное оборудование. С помощью манжеты для косвенного определения артериального давления точные данные записываются дуплексным сканером или доплеровским сканером.
