Противопоказания сhlorpromazine.

 Гиперчувствительность. Тяжелая печеночная или почечная недостаточность. Прогрессирующие системные заболевания головного и спинного мозга. Коматозные состояния. Травма мозга. Выраженное угнетение кроветворения. Микседема. Декомпенсированные пороки сердца. Активный ревматизм. Тромбоэмболический синдром. Бронхоэктатическая болезнь (поздние стадии). Желчнокаменная и мочекаменная болезнь. Острый пиелит. Обострение эрозивно-язвенных заболеваний ЖКТ. Беременность.

 Местные: при попадании раствора на кожу и слизистые - раздражение тканей; при в/м введении - инфильтраты, при в/в введении - флебит. Общие: при длительном применении - нейролептический синдром (паркинсонизм. Акатизия. Индифферентность. Замедленность реакций). Депрессия. При в/в введении - гипотензия. При приеме внутрь - диспептический синдром (тошнота. Рвота. Запор). Редко - желтуха. Агранулоцитоз. Пигментация кожи. Помутнение хрусталика. Аллергические реакции (сыпь. Отеки. Фотосенсибилизация).
