 Гиперчувствительность. Пернициозная и другие мегалобластные анемии на фоне дефицита витамина в12 ( На фоне лечения возможно улучшение гематологических показателей. Тогда как неврологические проявления продолжают прогрессировать).

Использование препарата сalcium folinate при кормлении грудью.

 Исследований на животных и у человека при беременности не проведено. Неизвестно, проникает ли кальция фолинат в грудное молоко, однако осложнений у человека не зарегистрировано.
