Composition

 1 таблетка содержит пирензепина гидрохлорида 25 мг; в блистере 20 шт., в картонной коробке 1 блистер.

Pharmacological action

 Фармакологическое действие -.
 Противоязвенное.
 Селективно блокирует м1-холинорецепторы, снижает базальную и стимулированную секрецию соляной кислоты, уменьшает пептическую активность желудочного сока.

Indications for use

 Язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, гиперацидный гастрит, эрозивный гастрит.

Contraindications

 Гиперчувствительность, беременность (первый триместр), детский возраст.

Method of drug use and dosage

 Внутрь, перед едой, по 50 (вначале) - 150 мг (максимум) в сутки в течение 2-3 нед.

Side effects

 Сухость во рту, повышение аппетита, диарея, нарушение аккомодации.

Storage conditions

 В сухом, защищенном от света месте, при температуре 10-25 °C.
 Хранить в недоступном для детей месте.

Expiration date

 3 года.
 Не применять по истечении срока годности, указанного на упаковке.
