Противопоказания Suxamethonium iodide.

 Гиперчувствительность. злокачественная гипертермия (в тч в анамнезе. семейная). врожденная и дистрофическая миотония. мышечная дистрофия Дюшенна. закрытоугольная глаукома. острая печеночная недостаточность. отек легких. проникающие травмы глаза. бронхиальная астма. гиперкалиемия. возраст до 1 года.

Использование препарата Suxamethonium iodide при кормлении грудью.

 С осторожностью при беременности (проходит через плацентарный барьер).

Side effects of the components

Побочные эффекты Suxamethonium iodide.

 Со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы: понижение АД. аритмия. брадикардия (чаще у детей. при повторном введении - у детей и взрослых). нарушение проводимости. кардиогенный шок.
 Аллергические реакции. Анафилактический шок, бронхоспазм.
 Прочие. Гиперкалиемия. повышение внутриглазного давления. изменение секреции слюнных желез. лихорадка. миалгия (через 10-12 ч после введения). длительный паралич дыхательных мышц (связан с генетически обусловленным нарушением образования сывороточной холинэстеразы). редко - рабдомиолиз с развитием миоглобинемии и миоглобинурии.
