Противопоказания вencyclane.

 Гиперчувствительность. почечная недостаточность. выраженные нарушения функции печени. дыхательная недостаточность. пароксизмальная суправентрикулярная или острая желудочковая тахикардия. тахиаритмии. беременность. кормление грудью.
 Для парентерального введения - нарушение функции сердечно-сосудистой системы, дыхательные расстройства, склонность к коллапсу, задержка мочи, связанная с гипертрофией предстательной железы.

Побочные эффекты вencyclane.

 Головокружение. головная боль. общая слабость. возбуждение. нарушения сна. тремор. эпилептиформные симптомы. галлюцинации (у больных пожилого возраста). сухость во рту. тошнота. понижение аппетита. диарея. преходящее повышение активности печеночных трансаминаз. тахикардия. лейкопения. аллергические реакции. При случайном попадании раствора под кожу наблюдается местная воспалительная реакция тканей.
