Composition

 1 ампула с 1 мл раствора для инъекций содержит пиридоксина гидрохлорида 10 или 50 мг; в картонной коробке 10 шт.
 1 таблетка - 1 или 2 мг; в контурной ячейковой упаковке 10 шт. или в стеклянной банке 50 шт.

Pharmacological action

 Фармакологическое действие - восполняющее дефицит витамина в6.
 В форме пиридоксальфосфата активирует всасывание и транспорт аминокислот, их пере- и дезаминирование, декарбоксилирование, интенсифицирует синтез пуриновых и пиримидиновых оснований, белков, гема, ПГ.

Indications for use

 Гиповитаминоз. язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. гипохромная и микроцитарная анемии. паркинсонизм. хорея. токсикоз беременных. гепатит. дерматит. экссудативный диатез. нейродермит. псориаз.

Contraindications

 Гиперчувствительность.

Side effects

 Аллергические реакции.

Method of drug use and dosage

 В/м, при паркинсонизме - 100 мг/сут; при анемии - 1 мл 2 раза в неделю.
 Внутрь - по 2-5 мг/сут; детям - по 2 мг/сут. Курс - 1-2 мес.

Storage conditions

 В защищенном от света месте.
 Хранить в недоступном для детей месте.

Expiration date

 3 года.
 Не применять по истечении срока годности, указанного на упаковке.
