Head, face, and ears
Head.
Swimming in the head (after seven days). Heaviness and pain in the head (after seven days). Throbbing pain in the head and great thirst.

Great soreness of eyes, with dimness of vision. сonjunctivae much injected and pupils dilated. The conjunctiva of both eyes were a good deal injected, and both pupils were dilated though the eyes were exposed to a pretty strong light, as the patient was placed opposite to a window. Pupils dilated, even in a strong light. Great dimness of vision.
Face.
Countenance flushed (reaction. Face pale anxious looking, and covered with a cold sweat. Face & lips pale, with continual rigors over the whole body.

Gastrointestinal tract
Great thirst and throbbing pain in the head. Intense thirst. Very sick, Vomiting and faintness. Vomiting (after two hours). сontinuing at intervals of from ten minutes to an hour, for nearly a week. Severe vomiting after each dose. Vomiting of a frothy liquid leaving a white deposit mingled with brown flakes, Abundant vomiting (first day); vomitings bloody, blackish, and more abundant (second and third days),. Hard retching (very soon). Great pain in the epigastric region (second day). Severe pain in stomach (very soon). It had scarcely reached the stomach when she was seized with excruciating pains, followed by violent convulsions, and death within ten minutes after swallowing the draught. Very severe burning pain in stomach and bowels.

Violent pains in the abdomen, and convulsions. Scalding sensation extended over abdomen, with tenderness on tolerably firm pressure.

Superior Extremities.
Spasmodic contractions in the hands (after seven days). Nails and fingers blue like those of a cholera patient.
Inferior Extremities.
Feeling of great weakness in the lower extremities (after two hours). On walking a short distance from his house he found himself hardly able to reach his home on account of his legs failing him, сramps in the legs (after seven days).
