Pharmacological action

 Фармакологическое действие - стимулирующее нервно-мышечную передачу, антихолинэстеразное.

Indications for use

 Заболевания периферической нервной системы. болезнь Альцгеймера. миастения. миастенические синдромы. демиелинизирующие заболевания. бульбарные параличи и парезы. стимуляция родов.

Contraindications

 Эпилепсия, экстрапирамидные расстройства, стенокардия, брадикардия, бронхиальная астма.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

 Возможно.

Side effects

 Гиперсаливация, тошнота, рвота, усиление перистальтики, понос, головокружение, брадикардия, частое мочеиспускание, подергивание мышц языка и скелетной мускулатуры, аллергические реакции.

Interaction

 Усиливает влияние ацетилхолина, адреналина, серотонина, гистамина и окситоцина на гладкомышечные клетки.

Method of drug use and dosage

 Внутрь, по 10-20 мг 1-3 раза в день. При тяжелых нарушениях нервно-мышечной проводимости (при миастенических кризах) - по 1-2 таблетки (20-40 мг) до 5-6 раз в день. Для стимуляции родовой деятельности - однократно по 1 таблетке, при недостаточном эффекте - по 1 таблетке двукратно с часовым перерывом.

 В защищенном от света месте.
 Хранить в недоступном для детей месте.

Expiration date

 2 года.
 Не применять по истечении срока годности, указанного на упаковке.
