 Офтальмологические реакции. Преходящее жжение. нечеткость зрительного восприятия. поверхностный точечный кератит. парез аккомодации. фотофобия. повышение внутриглазного давления. приступ глаукомы. аллергические реакции.
 Системные. Сухость кожи и слизистых оболочек. в тч сухость во рту. тошнота. рвота. тахикардия. бледность. возбуждение. головная боль. судороги. кома. паралич дыхания.
 При применении антихолинергических ЛС у детей сообщалось о развитии психотических реакций, поведенческих нарушений, вазомоторного или кардиореспираторного коллапса.
