Nosology

 Боль в лодыжках. Приступ ревматизма. Боль в запястьях.

Typical features

 Trimethylaminum, который помимо других источников готовят и из селедочного рассола, имеет очень неприятный, резкий запах, напоминающий запах рыбы. Одно время его считали панацеей в случаях острого ревматизма. Эксперименты на больных и здоровых показали, что он снижает выделение мочи. hansen дает следующую характеристику: сильная боль в запястьях, выраженная тревожность, боль в голеностопном суставе в положении стоя, которая усиливается при малейшем движении. c. carleton smith («h. p.», vi. 432) дает указание: «ревматизм: иголка, зажатая в пальцах, оказалась для пациентки настолько тяжелой, что она не могла шить». «обильный понос с болью в голеностопных суставах, но боль в запястьях отсутствовала.
