Dangerous interactions
Concomitant administration of bemiparin sodium with vitamin K antagonists and other anticoagulants, acetylsalicylic acid and other salicylates and NSAIDs, ticlopidine, clopidogrel and other platelet aggregation inhibitors, systemic GCS and dextran is not recommended due to the potentiation of the pharmacological action of bemiparin sodium and an increased risk of bleeding. The safety of the combined use of clopidogrel, fibrin-specific or non-fibrin-specific thrombolytics and heparin was analyzed in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Simultaneous use of heparin did not alter the inhibitory effect of clopidogrel on platelet aggregation. FDV is possible between the drug Clopidogrel Plus and heparin, which may increase the risk of bleeding, and therefore their combined use requires caution (see 'Special Instructions'). The safety of the combined use of clopidogrel, fibrin-specific or fibrin-specific thrombolytics and heparin was analyzed in patients with acute myocardial infarction. PDV is possible between clopidogrel and heparin, which may increase the risk of bleeding, and therefore the combined use of these drugs requires caution (see 'Special Instructions'). Due to the possible increased risk of bleeding, caution should be exercised when using clopidogrel and anticoagulants simultaneously, since the tolerability and safety of such a combination have not been established. Concomitant use of heparin had no effect on inhibition of platelet aggregation induced by clopidogrel. The safety of concomitant use of clopidogrel, a tissue plasminogen activator and heparin has been confirmed in patients with recent myocardial infarction. -
Negative interactions
The frequency of clinically significant bleeding was similar to that observed in the case of combined use of thrombolytic drugs and heparin with ASA. According to a clinical study conducted with the participation of healthy volunteers, when taking clopidogrel, no change in the dose of heparin was required and its anticoagulant effect did not change. According to a clinical study conducted with the participation of healthy volunteers, when taking clopidogrel, no change in the dose of heparin was required, and its anticoagulant effect did not change. Increases the toxicity of methotrexate, reducing its renal clearance, the effects of narcotic analgesics (codeine), oral antidiabetic drugs, heparin, indirect anticoagulants, thrombolytics and inhibitors of platelet aggregation, reduces the effect of uricosuric drugs (benzbromarone, sulfinpyrazone), hypotensive agents, diuretics (spironolactone, furosemide). Clinically significant interaction of clopidogrel was not found in clinical studies with concomitant use of drugs such as acetylsalicylic acid, diuretics, beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, BCC, lipid-lowering drugs, coronary vasodilators, antidiabetic drugs (including insulin), thrombolytics, unfractionated and/or low molecular weight heparin, glycoprotein IIb inhibitors/ IIIa, antiepileptic Drugs, and HRT. Since the FDV of clopidogrel and heparin is possible, caution should be exercised when using it simultaneously. The frequency of clinically significant bleeding was similar to that observed with the combined use of tissue plasminogen activator and heparin with acetylsalicylic acid. -
No interactions
Clopidogrel at steady-state concentration did not alter the effect of heparin on blood clotting in healthy volunteers. -
Unclear interactions
Heparin. Anticoagulants (e.g. coumarin, heparin, warfarin), antiplatelet agents (e.g. clopidogrel and dipyridamole) and SSRIs (e.g. setralin or paroxetine). Anticoagulants. Injectable anticoagulants (heparin).

Dangerous interactions
Decoding the colors of interactions and contraindications
Dangerous | — | a pronounced negative interaction or contraindication. |
Negative | — | negative interaction or side effect that may reduce effectiveness. |
Positive | — | the interaction can SOMETIMES be used as a positive (often a dose adjustment is needed), or it is an indication of the drug. |
No | — | the drugs do NOT interact, which is separately indicated in the instructions. |
Unclear | — | the system failed to pre-assess the danger. |
