Interactions Zocardis 7,5 with Espiro
-
Dangerous interactions
Concomitant use with potassium-sparing diuretics (spironolactone, eplerenone, triamterene or amiloride), potassium-containing drugs or dietary supplements is not recommended due to the risk of hyperkalemia. Given the increased risk of hyperkalemia, eplerenone should not be prescribed to patients receiving potassium-sparing diuretics and potassium preparations (see 'Contraindications'), Potassium-sparing diuretics may enhance the effects of antihypertensive drugs and other diuretics. A triple combination of ACE inhibitor, ARA II and eplerenone should not be used. -
Negative interactions
ACE inhibitors weaken the effect of diuretics (non-potassium-sparing), which enhance the excretion of potassium. Previous treatment with diuretics may lead to a decrease in BCC and contribute to the development of dehydration and arterial hypotension at the initial stage of zofenopril use. The antihypertensive effects of the drug can be reduced by discontinuing the use of diuretics, increasing the intake of liquid or table salt, or starting treatment with zofenopril with lower doses. ACE inhibitors (C09A) + potassium-sparing diuretics => Severe hypotension, risk of renal failure, hyperkalemia. ACE inhibitors and ARA II. When using eplerenone with ACE inhibitors or ARA II, the potassium content in the blood serum should be carefully monitored. -
No interactions
However, cases of increased concentration and lithium intoxication have been described in patients receiving lithium preparations in combination with diuretics and ACE inhibitors.

Additional information
- Kiberis checks interactions and evaluates drug compatibility online right in the instructions thanks to the latest artificial intelligence technologies. The accuracy of finding is more than 95%, the accuracy of the hazard assessment is more than 80%. The online medical service takes into account all the drug groups of the selected drugs and all their components. And since the database contains 25,000 drugs with detailed instructions, not every pharmacologist can compete with our artificial intelligence. List of popular interactions.
