Description

 Склеротерапия узлов щитовидной железы. Это минимально инвазивный метод лечения узловых изменений в органе, при котором пораженные ткани разрушаются при введении 96% этанола. Обычно для нас используются аденомы и кисты щитовидной железы диаметром не более 30 мм (в идеале - около 10 мм). С более крупными формациями эффективность техники уменьшается. Манипуляция проводится под контролем ультразвука после цитологического или гистологического подтверждения доброкачественной природы пласта. Анестезия не требуется. Игла устанавливается в полости узла типа всасывания или содержания жидкости, после чего вводится спиртовой раствор. Для этого требуется несколько процедур.
