Description

 Фаллопластика при смене пола. Искусственное формирование мужского органа для женщины с нарушением гендерной ориентации. Вмешательство предусматривает использование свободного кожно-мышечного лоскута (обычно торакодорсального лоскута) на голени для микрохирургической аутотрансплантации с восстановлением иннервации неофаллоса. Сохранение нервных волокон и сосудистого пучка позволяет после определенной тренировки уменьшить мышечную ткань реконструированного полового члена с его натяжением.
