 Обследование вестибулярного анализатора. Набор инструментальных методик, направленных на оценку функции периферической части равновесия. Он показан пациентам с нарушениями походки, головокружением, тошнотой и обмороком как часть комплексного неврологического обследования. Оценка функции вестибулярного аппарата также имеет диагностическое значение при обследовании здоровых людей в процессе проведения профессионального отбора. Список функциональных тестов включает вращающийся образец по Барани, калорийный тест, электронистагмографию, видеохулографию, стабилизацию и другие. Состояние вестибулярного аппарата оценивается в основном по параметрам нистагма, также учитывается состояние функции баланса и координации движений.
