Description

 Резекция трубчатых костей. Группа операций в онкологии, во время которых выполняется частичное удаление костей, пораженных опухолью. Костные саркомы считаются показаниями для вмешательств, реже - мягких тканей с прорастанием костных структур. В зависимости от степени патологического процесса выполняется краевая резекция (без прерывистости) или сегментарная (с потерей непрерывности) трубчатых костей. При удалении крупных фрагментов костный трансплантат используется с аллотрансплантатами или здоровыми участками кости пациента.
