Description

 Абсцесс поджелудочной железы / поджелудочной железы направлен на дренирование брюшной полости и предотвращение развития перитонеальных осложнений. При кистах поджелудочной железы они могут быть частично разрезаны и пришиты к брюшной стенке (marsupialisation), удалены (цистэктомия), наружному или внутреннему дренированию (цистодуоденостомия, цистогастростомия, цистоэнтеростомия). При подозрении на кистозный рак резекция поджелудочной железы соответствует онкологическим принципам. При абсцессах поджелудочной железы чрескожный или эндоскопический дренаж проводится с активным восстановлением полости.
