Description

 Прерывание гастродуоденального кровотечения путем отсечения или перевязки кровоточащих сосудов с помощью гастродуоденоскопии является минимально инвазивным методом механического эндоскопического гемостаза с использованием сосудистых зажимов или эластичных колец. Условием разрезания или эндоскопического лигирования является четкий обзор кровоточащего сосуда на дне язвы. Манипуляции выполняются через инструментальный канал оперативного гастродуоденоскопа с помощью клипсатора, вставленного в него с гемостатическими скобками (или соединителем с эластичными кольцами). Рабочий конец машинки для стрижки / связующего материала наносится на кровоток, а над ним помещается зажим или кольцо.
