Fetoscopic coagulation of sacrococcygeal teratoma vessels

Description

 Фетоскопическая лазерная коагуляция сосудов крестцово-копчиковой тератомы. Малоинвазивный метод коррекции новообразований крестцово-копчиковой области, выполненный методом фетоскопии. В отличие от открытой резекции опухоли, нет необходимости открывать матку. Вмешательство проводится в третьем триместре беременности. Под контролем УЗИ фетоскопия с лазерным наведением вводится в полость матки, после чего сосудистая ножка опухоли коагулирует. Внутриматочная чрескожная лазерная коагуляция сосудов сBT позволяет устранить артериовенозные отклонения и обнаружить признаки сердечной недостаточности у плода. Окончательное удаление крестцово-копчиковой тератомы выполняется сразу после рождения ребенка.
