Description

 Биопсия компонентов кожи проводится для морфологической диагностики кожных заболеваний. Удаление биопсии показано для атипичных дерматозов, микозов, подозреваемых злокачественных новообразований и туберкулеза кожи и поражений кожи при иммунодефицитах. Для биопсии отбираются типичные свежие элементы, удаление которых сопровождается мельчайшими косметическими и функциональными дефектами. Биопсия может быть выполнена скальпелем, электрохирургией, пункцией. Мелкие элементы полностью удалены, более крупные, наряду с некоторыми неизмененными кожными покровами, частично удалены с периферии.
