Description

 Лечение атопического дерматита требует комплексного подхода, учитывающего тяжесть клинических проявлений, стадию заболевания, активность процесса. Индивидуальная терапия подбирается аллергологом или дерматологом. Он может включать курсы фармакотерапии, терапии, криотерапии, PUVA-терапии, селективной фототерапии; эфферентные методы лечения, специфическая десенсибилизация. Обязательным условием эффективного лечения атопического дерматита является элиминация и гипоаллергенные диеты. В качестве противорецидивных мер необходимо исключить контакт с причинно значимым аллергеном, в периоды предполагаемых обострений, принимать профилактические антигистаминные препараты, периодически проходить курсы санаторно-курортного лечения.
