Description

 Аортально-бедренная аортальная вилка. Реконструктивная хирургия реваскуляризации нижних конечностей путем наложения шунта (протеза) между аортой и бедренными артериями, исключая препятствия на пути кровотока. Фистула / протез аорто-бедренной фистулы показана для окклюзионных изменений обеих подвздошных артерий. Через разрезы по средней линии живота и в обеих паховых областях протезная вилка Y-образной формы, один конец которой расположен на брюшной аорте над окклюзионной зоной, а два других - на бедренных артериях ниже окклюзионной области. В случае, если протез параллелен артериям, пораженным болезнью, они говорят об обходе, если таковые имеются, артерий с протезированием.
