Common symptoms

 This remedy is useful in paralytic conditions. Tremors and convulsions; paralysis agitans. Prostration and restlessness.

Mental

 Anxious and depressed.

Head, face, and ears

 Vertigo; must close eyes. Head heavy.

Mouth and throat

 Tongue tremulous. Speech difficult; cannot pronounce the whole word.

Gastrointestinal tract

 Nausea; vomiting. Severe purging.

Limbs and spine

 Gait unsteady. Trembling of all limbs; cannot write; cannot hold a glass of water. Spasms of arms and legs. Violent pain in calves; as if bound by a cord.

Fever

 Cold rigors all over esp. in limbs.

Modalities

 Wet; wet season.
