Description

 Органопрепарат из тканей гипофиза.
 Гипофиз осуществляет высший контроль над ростом и развитием половых органов, стимулирует мышечную активность и повышает активность матки. Ясно выражено действие Pituitary на гладкую мускулатуру. Мозговые кровотечения: способствует их прекращению и рассасыванию уже имеющихся сгустков. Вялость потуг во второй стадии родового акта, при уже полном раскрытии зева. Высокое кровяное давление, хронический нефрит, простатит (по 10 капель после еды, д-р Дж. Фуллер). Головокружение, трудность концентрации и спутанность сознания; ощущение распирания глубоко в лобной области.

Interaction

 ВЗАИМОСВЯЗИ. Pituitrin (экстракт гипофиза). Средство сосудосуживающее и родовспомогательное. Используется, в основном, из-за его действия на матку - либо в периоде родов, либо для купирования кровотечения после родов. Противопоказан при миокардите, нефрите, артериосклерозе. Водный экстракт задней доли гипофиза разливают в ампулы по 1 мл - это и есть обычная доза для подкожного введения. При приеме через рот эффекта не оказывает.
