Indications for use

 Оперативные вмешательства на паренхиматозных органах (печень, легкие, селезенка, почки ). Десневые. Носовые и другие капиллярные кровотечения. Особенно при болезни Верльгофа. Апластической и гипопластической анемии. Гемофилии.
 Тромбин применяется также в лабораторной практике для изучения свертывающей системы крови.

Contraindications

 Гиперчувствительность, кровотечение из крупных сосудов.

Side effects

 Аллергические реакции. Вторичное инфицирование.

Special instructions

 Применение тромбина неэффективно при кровотечении из крупного сосуда. Внутривенное и внутримышечное введение тромбина недопустимо, так как угрожает распространенным тромбозом сосудов, ведущим к летальным исходам.
 Удалять тампон, пропитанный препаратом, из раны следует осторожно, во избежание повреждения образовавшихся тромбов.
