Description

 Трансплантация тонкой кишки проводится при синдроме короткой кишки, вызванном резекцией большого органа. Трансплантат получают от посмертного HLA- и ABO-совместимого донора или живого родственника (для трансплантации маленьким детям). Операция проводится из широкого лапаротомного доступа. Реваскуляризация кишечного трансплантата выполняется путем мезентериальной или системной реконструкции. Между проксимальным и дистальным абатментами тонкой кишки и трансплантатом накладываются межкишечные анастомозы и формируется временная энтеростома с выделениями.
