Description

 Промывание желудка проводится для уменьшения количества всасываемых в кровь токсических веществ. Наиболее эффективен в первые 30-60 минут после приема токсина. Показан при отравлении пищей, лекарствами, алкоголем, химическими веществами. Пациент садится или ложится на правый бок. Зонд вводится в рот пациента и перемещается к желудку. Снаружи зонда помещается воронка. В воронку наливают воду и затем опускают до уровня желудка. Полученную жидкость и рвотные массы сливают в таз. После очищения желудка от энтеросорбентов назначают слабительные. Зонд удален. Стоимость промывания желудочного зонда зависит от уровня клиники, применяемых препаратов.
