Description

 Вскрытие перианального абсцесса выполняется с помощью абсцесса, который образуется в подкожной клетчатке вокруг анального канала. Пациента помещают в положение для литотомии. Спинальная или эпидуральная анестезия является предпочтительным методом обезболивания. Выполняется эллиптический разрез кожи над областью наибольшей выпуклости и колебания абсцесса. Гной удаляется, полость абсцесса исследуется пальцем, промывается и дренируется. Вскрытие перианального абсцесса также может производиться в просвете кишечника. Стоимость зависит от техники операции.
