Description

 Блок в месте перелома используется для регионарной анестезии при закрытых переломах конечностей (лучевой кости, плеча, бедра, большеберцовой кости, голеностопного сустава и т. Д . Противопоказания - открытые переломы, огнестрельные ранения, поражения кожи и инфекции в месте предполагаемой закупорки. Игла шприца вводится глубоко в мягкие ткани, доходя до кости. После прокола гематомы, окружающей поврежденную костную ткань, в нее выделяется 20-30 мл 1% новокаина. При множественных переломах манипуляцию повторяют. Стоимость зависит от количества точек укола и используемого анестетика.
