Description

 Блокада локтевого канала проводится при болях, вызванных ишемической нейропатией сдавления локтевого нерва из-за сдавления на уровне локтевого сустава. Противопоказаниями являются местные инфекционные процессы. Верхняя конечность пациента слегка согнута. Игла вводится вдоль верхней границы медиального надмыщелка плечевой кости и продвигается до появления парестезии или двигательной реакции. Для анестезии требуется 5-10 мл местного анестетика. Стоимость блокировки локтевого канала варьируется в зависимости от цены препарата, уровня лечебного учреждения и квалификации врача.
