Description

 Блокада чревного / гипогастрального сплетения выполняется для облегчения боли в животе и тазу при раке OBP и органов малого таза. Иногда его используют для лечения стойкого болевого синдрома неопухолевого характера или для дифференциальной диагностики. Манипуляция проводится под рентгенологическим или компьютерным контролем. Пациента кладут лицом вниз. Игла вводится под углом, отступая на 3-8 см от остистого отростка позвонка. Для диагностического и лечебного блока достаточно 10-20 мл анестетика. Невролитическая блокада проводится этиловым спиртом. Стоимость блокады чревного / гипогастрального сплетения зависит от типа процедуры, цены на лекарства и типа визуального контроля.
