Description

 Ботулинический токсин с гипергидрозом. Внутрикожное введение препаратов ботулинического токсина А (БТА) в области с повышенной потливостью - подмышки, ладони, стопы. Сертифицированными препаратами в этой группе являются ботокс, диспорт, лантокс, ксеомин, релатокс, ботулакс. Эффекты БТА связаны с блокадой высвобождения ацетилхолина в нервно-мышечном синапсе и нарушением иннервации потовых желез. В результате потоотделение значительно уменьшается и больше не вызывает дискомфорта. Эффект от инъекций ботулинического токсина обратим и длится в среднем 6-8 месяцев. Количество вводимых единиц БТА зависит от степени гипергидроза и выбранного препарата.
