 Общий анализ синовиальной жидкости. Клиническое обследование пункций суставов - определение физико-химических свойств, клеточного состава. Он используется для объяснения характера и контроля патологического процесса в суставе, выбора терапии. Показан при воспалении единственного сустава неясного происхождения, диагностике дифференциального артрита и остеоартрита, мониторинге инфекционных форм воспаления. Комплексное исследование включает макроскопию, микроскопию нативного препарата, цитологию окрашенного биоматериала. Как правило, образец прозрачный, бесцветный или светло-желтый, белок не обнаружен, лейкоциты меньше 200 в 1 мкл, нейтрофилы не превышают 25%. Условия доступности данных - 2 дня.
