Description

 Ваготомия стебля (или сухожилия). Полное хирургическое пересечение переднего (левого) и заднего (правого) блуждающего ствола под диафрагмой, пока он не разветвляется в чревном и печеночном ветвях. Стволовая вомотомия приводит к денервации слизистой оболочки желудка и к ее кислотообразующей функции, а также к денервации всех частей брюшной полости, иннервируемых блуждающим нервом. Волатомия стволовых клеток вызывает замедление движения и значительное нарушение эвакуации содержимого желудка. В этом отношении ваготомия матери дополняется дренажными вмешательствами - гастродуоденостомией или пилоропластикой; с кровоточащей язвой - тошнота.
