Description

 Паравезикальный абсцесс пункции. Терапевтическая процедура применяется в урологии для устранения гноя при острых гнойных парациститах, возникающих вследствие воспаления мочевого пузыря, хирургического вмешательства на мочевом пузыре или простате. Он проводится в урологическом стационаре под общим наркозом. Производится под контролем УЗИ. Место пункции выбирают с учетом расположения абсцесса (аневезикальный, латеральный, ретровезикальный). Разрез скальпеля делают скальпелем, в рану вводят иглу, аспирируют гной и промывают полость солевым раствором, после чего устанавливают направляющую, извлекают иглу, путь прокола расширяется и вводится дренажный катетер. Направляющая удалена, катетер прикреплен к коже с помощью простых точек. Область разреза закрыта стерильной повязкой.
