Description

 Эндоскопическое рассечение устья мочеточника используется для его сужения или наличия камня. Это выполняется трансуретрально, то есть через мочеиспускательный канал, путем введения цистоскопа в мочевой пузырь. Чтобы избежать повторного сужения после операции, в мочеточник вставляется стент - своего рода каркас, который поддерживает просвет мочеточника изнутри. Примерно через месяц стент удаляется, а мочеточник продолжает сохранять определенную форму. В некоторых случаях эндоскопическое рассечение отверстия мочеточника не позволяет восстановить адекватную проходимость мочевыводящих путей, поэтому необходима вторая операция - формирование уретероцианоза.
