Description

 Бицепс длинной головки сухожилия, пластический разрыв. Операция, при которой сухожилие вытягивают с помощью аутотрансплантата и прижимают к проксимальной части межбрюшной канавки. Это выполняется, когда разрыв сухожилия вблизи живота мышцы, с коротким и патологически измененным сухожилием у физически активных пациентов молодого и среднего возраста. Техника позволяет полностью восстановить функцию члена. Изменяя точку прикрепления сухожилия от внутрисуставного к внесуставному, устраняются симптомы тендинита или импичмента, из-за которых у спортсменов обычно повреждено сухожилие головы длинного бицепса.
