Description

 Ультрафонофорез лекарственных веществ. Введение лекарств в организм с помощью ультразвука, под действием которого резко увеличивается адсорбция некоторых соединений на поверхности кожи. Чаще всего методика применяется при лечении патологии суставов для введения противовоспалительных и глюкокортикоидов. Для проведения процедуры препарат добавляют в контактную среду (вазелин, глицерин), которая смазывает поверхность кожи в месте контакта с ультразвуковым излучателем. Ультрафонофорез лекарственного вещества противопоказан в гестационном периоде, при патологии рака, склонности к кровотечению, активному туберкулезу, нарушениям сердечного ритма.
