Description

 Замена трикуспидального клапана. Клапан замены трехстворчатого клапана расположен между правым предсердием и желудочком. Замена трикуспидального клапана показана для гемодинамически значимых дефектов и грубого органического поражения клапанных структур. Доступ к сердцу осуществляется с помощью продольной стернотомии или правой торакотомии; Операция проводится с использованием IC в условиях нормальной кардиоплегии или гипотермии. После пересмотра клапана, полоса иссекается и устанавливается механический или биологический протез. Использование механических протезов клапана часто приводит к обструктивному тромбозу.
