Description

 Циркулярная резекция бифуркации трахеи. Удаление сегмента трахеи при его делении на главные бронхи с восстановлением целостности трахеобронхиального дерева. Показаниями к циркулярной резекции бифуркации трахеи являются опухоли с переходом в кариозный, посттравматический и посттуберкулезный стеноз трахеи. Циркулярная резекция бифуркации трахеи чаще всего выполняется методом боковой торакотомии, иногда с использованием искусственного кровообращения. Операция обычно сочетается с пневмонэктомией или органосохраняющими резекциями - лобэктомией или билобэктомией. Восстановление целостности дыхательных путей осуществляется путем наложения трахеобронхиального анастомоза.
